Now you may ask what this has to do with Southern Gospel music.  This clip is from the animated movie, Hoodwinked, which is an awesome movie and this goat, Japeth, was one of the funniest characters.

The goat is performed by none other than Benjy Gaither, son of Bill and Gloria Gaither.

I know it’s been a while since I last posted on my blog.  To be honest, I needed to just stay away and focus on other things.   The day after my last post, I was diagnosed with Melanoma cancer and have since undergone surgery to remove the cancer.  No words can describe the feeling of getting that phone call saying that you are sick and especially when that sickness is cancer.  My entire lifestyle had to change to keep me out of the sun and limit any exposure to a minimum. I’m glad we serve a great God who allowed the doctors to catch it early and for using the surgery to make me cancer free again.  God is good….all the time!

I’ve been waiting for a good song to post for my first one back from the cancer. What a day it is going to be when we can be a part of the ‘bride’ that will be coming home!!! Hope you enjoy this song.
