I am a little late giving this shout out to Steve Eaton and his new blog, Southern Gospel Views From The Back Row.  I became acquainted with Steve several years back on the Singing News Forums and I was also privileged to meet Steve at the NQC in ’07.  He is a great guy and his blog was added immediately to my ‘must-read’ list.  His ‘SG Smackdown’ has been a highlight on his blog and he consistently cranks out good writing about SG music.

Not much has been said about Jonathan Price, the Dove Brothers new tenor.  A couple of videos have surfaced and he appears to be a great fit.

Here’s a song that was probably a bigger hit for The Bishops, but this version is awesome!

Chris Allman has been and will probably always be one of my all-time favorite tenors in SG music. He has one of the smoothest voices and this song really allows him to shine. He makes it look so effortless and I am still thrilled he is back with Greater Vision!
