I don’t know if this is true or if he is out sick, but this post by ‘billboy’ on the Singing News message board is shocking:
We saw Gold City tonite, and much to our surprise Jonathon Wilburn was not with them. Danny Riley introduced Bruce Taliferro (I may not have spelled his last name right, just trying to spell it the way Danny pronounced it) as their newest member and their lead singer. I asked another group member after the concert when Jonathon left, and I was told that this was the second weekend without him. He also said they did not have a release out about it yet. I always figured that Danny would take over the lead spot if Jonathon ever left, but I guess not.
? Jonathon is one of the top lead singers in the biz.? He’s always been one of my favorite vocalists.? If you have any confirming updates, please share with the rest of us!
