Wow, This is a great story!! Sure nice to know you did a good job though... We were there at NQC as well I think you left us a card at our booth but never got to talk with you and to give you a CD. We would like to get one to you so let me know how I can do this? We had a great time there in Louisville. Hope to see you next year.

Hovie Lister said once that he wanted to always look his best, and that he thought he looked best in a suit.
From what Daniel is saying, can I assume that you have a resemblance to Devin of KP&NR ?

Does not surprise me Adam. You look like a pro singer (for all I know you are, in talent as well).

She's somewhere telling a story that's cooler than yours!

I agree with DBM--that was hilarious. I wish I coulda been there... :)

But perhaps it's good that I wasn't. By late Saturday night, I was so tired that I would have probably said something completely off the wall..."Oh, wow! Nice to meet you...and by the way, congratulations on 'Last Night' hitting number 1. I just *love* that song!"

That's a fantastic story!

I can relate. There's another piano player who lives in my area, and his name is also David. We look nothing alike, aside from being a bit on the heavy set side of the equation. I'm always clean shaven (or sporting a day's growth of beard at the most). He has sported a goatee for years. Our playing styles are totally different as well...

Yet people get the two of us confused from time to time.

By the way, at the blogger meeting, I didn't mean to agree with you when you said something about looking sloppy the last time I saw you. You weren't in a suit and tie at the outdoor fair we played back in August, but I'm fine with casual attire.
